You also will need to be available outside of work hours as needed, although we don’t expect that you will respond to more than 2 to 5 calls a month.

Reporting to the Manager of IT Infrastructure, you will invest 50% to 60% of your time in network administration, and the balance of your time overseeing network security. You'll work with system administrators and site-based administrators around the world. In addition, you'll provide input to help deliver next-generation security solutions to our organization.

In many areas, you will coordinate with and oversee the work of vendors providing network and security services. This will include ensuring they deliver to expectations, and also collaborating with the Manager to optimize and leverage spend in this area. • Analyze and develop information security governance, including organizational policies, procedures, standards, baselines, and guidelines concerning information security and use and operation of information systems.
• Assess audit findings/gaps including control weaknesses with an appropriate degree of professional skepticism, seeking to fully understand risks. Assist technology partners with the development of remediation plans to mitigate weaknesses.
